A weight-training class that is more weight training focused class with a longer class time for women really looking to change their body composition and grow stronger also in a small group setting.

Personal Training

Can’t fit into our class schedule or have unique symptoms/goals? We have personal trainers available as early as 5am and as late as 7pm Mon-Fri!

Onboarding

All new members start with 4, 30 minute 1:1 sessions to become comfortable and confident working with barbells and weights.

  Weight-training can be scary and there is A LOT to it.

  We take your safety seriously by having all members onboard with 4, 1:1 sessions to learn form, address mobility issues, and teach proper mind-muscle connection so you can lift with confidence and prevent injury!

  So if you’re new to barbells and need someone to get down on the floor with you, navigating your knee, back and hip pain, we are your perfect fit!
