Personal Training
Can’t fit into our class schedule or have unique symptoms/goals? We have personal trainers available as early as 5am and as late as 7pm Mon-Fri!
Onboarding
All new members start with 4, 30 minute 1:1 sessions to become comfortable and competent working with barbells and weights establishing mind-muscle connection, working on injuries/compensations and giving you CONFIDENCE to lift like a boss!
Legends
Legends is our strength training class for women 60+ who know age is just a number and strength has no expiration date. With expert coaching, smart programming, and a supportive community, Legends helps you stay strong, steady, and confident in every season of life.
Weights are for Girls
Weights Are for Girls is our empowering strength class for girls ages 9–14, designed to build confidence, teach proper lifting form, and help young athletes feel strong in their bodies. Through age-appropriate training and positive coaching, we’re raising the next generation to know that strength isn’t just physical — it’s who you are.
Heal & Seal
Heal & Seal is our signature, evidence-based program designed to help women heal diastasis recti (ab separation) and pelvic floor dysfunction with confidence. Through expert coaching and intra-abdominal pressure management, you’ll reconnect with your core, eliminate symptoms like leaking or doming, and return to movement without fear.

Weight-training can be scary and there is A LOT to it.
We take your safety seriously by having all members onboard with 4, 1:1 sessions to learn form, address mobility issues, and teach proper mind-muscle connection so you can lift with confidence and prevent injury!
So if you’re new to barbells and need someone to get down on the floor with you, navigating your knee, back and hip pain, we are your perfect fit!
