Your journey starts with a No Sweat Intro—a zero-pressure conversation and tour. No workouts. No judgment. Just a genuine chat about your goals, your history, and what’s been holding you back.
From there, we move into your Onboarding Phase: four private 1:1 sessions designed to teach you how to move well, connect to your body, and build confidence with every rep.
You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, move without pain, and understand what your body’s been trying to tell you all along. You’ll also begin our nutrition foundation course—so you can fuel your workouts and your life with intention, not restriction.
By the time you join classes, you’ll already feel like you belong—because you do.
