Wanting to be slimmer, have more muscle, or be thicker in order to feel sexy and confident is 100% a reason to make lifestyle changes and in no way should AESTHETIC goals EVER be shamed!I hope what you have gathered from all of these emails is the FOCUS is what matters the absolute most with regards to what ACTUALY happens.
