We spend WAAAAAAY too much time and money searching for the right diet, workout program, medication, supplements etc to get us feeling good and hitting our health goals.

And lets face it, there is a ton of info out there saying you NEED x, y, or z, including bloodwork right?

Black and white….deficient here, overdoing it here where taking this pill or supplement will change the numbers on that black and white piece of paper.

Your mindset. The way you view your body, your health but more so the unwillingness to acknowledge that in order to feel drastically different for the long haul, you have to live life drastically different than you are now.

Not only is it scary, it’s intimidating.

Most of us have a significantly larger amount of EMOTIONS and TRAUMA wrapped into our habits than we realize insert panic attack.

Lets do an exercise…not physical, mental

Picture yourself sitting down to eat dinner. Your plate is chicken and veggies.

What does that FEEL like? What are you thinking? Panic right?

You’re off work and instead of going home, you’re walking into the gym, dressed in your work clothes, carrying gym clothes.

What does that FEEL like? What are you thinking? Yikes?

Where does it all come from?

Fear of failure? Of missing out? Of depravity? What is it that keeps you from seeing the above as a permanent and positive change to keep you living longer while feeling GOOD every day?

It doesn’t matter what gym you go to, what diet you partake in, supplements you take or medications. What actually matters is what are the thoughts behind it. The belief systems and the habits, the PERMANENT habits that come from it.
