I have noticed that the yuckies from November have stuck around. Fortunately my family and I had it in December and I haven’t had it again.

Here are my top 3 supplements I take that I feel have kept my immune system strong and you may want to consider taking as well!

*zinc/vit c – zinc showed us during covid to be an immune system builder! I personally take the el cheapo chewable immune support from target (don’t get the fizzies…it’s too much sugar)

*epsom salt baths – cause ya know, stress! Stress lowers the immune system and it’s fair to say we ALL are stressed so taking a hot, 20 minute bath, 3x a week has helped to calm my nervous system but also detox my body from all the things!

I know, I know. Nothing magical here but when you couple the above with a nutrient dense nutrition plan and consistent hormone-balancing exercise, we get a strong(er) immune system.
